CARROT GINGER SOUP
One liter organic chicken broth
6 thinly sliced organic medium carrots
1/2 head of Cauliflower
3 medium onions; minced ginger teaspoon
turmeric, chives, all purpose seasoning, Herbamare salt and a dash Himalayan salt and pepper, add garlic if you would like. Put all ingredients in a large pot bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour. let it cool then puree in blender till nice and creamy
CARBS AND PROTEIN SNACK

Gluten free raisin bread and spread on top organic Tahiti also almond butter with slices of organic apple, you can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Strawberry Shake
Today Vegan Organic Shaklee Plant Protein Shake, with Coconut milk. Organic Healthy Greens. Frozen organic Strawberries and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Salmon Paddies Another delicious snack with leftover salmon made into salmon paddies. Gluten free bread crumbs, egg, avocado mayonnaise, shallots, coconut aminos, organic ketchup.
Leafy Green Salad. Hemp hearts with chickpeas or lentils, beetroot, cranberries, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, avocado, apples. Onions, mushrooms, red peppers, turkey bacon sauteed together in pan add to salad. Dressing olive oil, a little organic ketchup with a tsp of apple cider vinegar.

Chicken stock, bone broth. Avocado oil, onions carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic, coconut, aminos. Himalayan salt, Herbamare sodium free,chives, bay leafs, pepper. Sauteed together in pan then put with the chicken stock and broth bring to a boil then simmer for an hour.
